next-business-day exchange. HP Care Pack Services are also available
for HP factory-refurbished products with base warranty.
Next-Day Exchange offers:
- Upgrade of standard warranty to total of three years of
service coverage
- Upgrade to next-business-day exchange of product from current
4—10 business days
- Door-to-door product pickup and delivery
- Overnight delivery of permanent replacement product
- 24 x 7 technical assistance with installation, product
configuration, setup, problem solving, and normal operation of
your HP Scanjet or photo scanner
- Packaging materials, prepaid freight (shipping label), and
instructions for returning defective product
- Easy four-step problem resolution with HP-trained service reps
- Maximized uptime and productivity during service period
Note: Available only in the U.S. One warranty upgrade per
product. Must be purchased within one year of product purchase.
Hardware must be in original working condition. Warranty upgrade
does not cover preexisting damage.
Registration card must be completed and returned within 15 days
of receipt of HP Care Pack.
