• A NEW item constitutes a new, unused, item that is NOT a refurb! 
• A OPEN BOX item is an item that we received, we open, inspect for all items, we test, if 100%, we put back into the box & label as an "open boxed" unit.  Maintains Full Manufacturer Warranty.
• A B-stock unit is a "blemished" unit that has cosmetic issues, but has otherwise passed a test to be "functioning perfectly", but simply has minor blemishes such as a scuff, scratch, ding, dent, etc all usually MINOR items.  With B-stock items, we usually wait until we have more than one unit before we post so we can not take a picture of each individual item or it's blemish, however we're sure you'll be pleased as they're MINOR & the unit will have tested 100% functional. Maintains Full Manufacturer Warranty.
• OEM stands for "ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER" which is a common term in the computer business for items purchased in BULK which saves $ in packing materials & therefore we can pass the savings onto you- for example, cd-rom's are purchased in a case of 10 & are less cost than retail, single boxed units as they do not cost as much to ship, store, etc & therefore we can pass the savings onto you!  Maintains Full Manufacturer Warranty.
• RETAIL means it's in a retail box.
• BROWN BOX is another way to save money- it's packed in a brown box, ready to be shipped & costs less simply for the fact that it's not in a retail, colorful packaging which costs much more than a simple brown box - so we also pass the savings onto you! 
• USED- We RARELY list used items, but they will labeled USED in the case we do.

HOW WE SHIP WITHIN USA : USA Buyer pays flat rate as stated in the ebay ad for Shipping, Handling & Insurance for contiguous 48 states in USA only.  Shipping is UPS by default. Shipping to HI & AK, Please email for Quotes.  Shipping, handling, & insurance is non-refundable -  NO EXCEPTIONS.  We will ship UPS EXPRESS (Send me your full address for quote B4 bidding) and USPS PRIORITY per request, both are to confirmed addresses only (USPS rate usually same as ground BUT MAY VARY).    Any USPS shipment is the BUYERS responsibility to file a claim if item is lost, stolen or damaged.

We ONLY combine shipping on "Dutch" auctions when you purchase more than one of the same unit within the same auction.  Larger, heavier items that require separate shipping display little or no discount as we have to ship them separately for the safety of the package. Sorry- At this time we do not combine shipping for multiple/separate auctions.

WHY DO SOME ITEMS COST OVER $20 TO SHIP?
Some of the items we carry are heavier than one may think.  For example, several of our high quality docking stations are a whopping 21 pounds each!  5.1 surround sound speaker systems can weigh as much as 20 pounds as well, and the 2.1 speaker systems top out at 18 pounds.  These are sturdy items built to last and may cost a few extra dollars to ship due to the higher quality of materials used to manufacture them.  Other expenses that can drive the cost of shipping to over $20 can include signature authorization for unsafe delivery areas.  In addition, expensive items, while they may not be extremely heavy, require us to pay a higher insurance fee to cover the item.  If you would like to be educated on standard shipping policy instead of complaining, please feel free to email us.

Once you place a BUY IT NOW bid on Ebay, you now have promised to pay for the item by ebay contract.  You can either pay my ebay fees or we can go through ebay's dispute process so taht I can get back my ebay fees for the item you bid on & won, but did not want for whatever reason (purcahsed too many, live somewhere we don't ship, shipping is too much, can't pay for item, etc) - I don't care the reason, it's business & If you don't want the item, then I'm asking for my fees abck from ebay through the dispute process aka the NON PAYING BIDDER process - all part of ebay's terms & conditions.
