Ultrasharp Flat Panel Monitors XH839 The Dell™ AS501 Sound Bar
is a good choice for improving the quality of multimedia
presentations, online training / Web casts, music listening, gaming,
and DVD playback on your system. Located on the stereo speakers are:
a rotary volume with on/off control to adjust the overall system
level; a blue LED for power indication; a subwoofer jack, two audio
headphone jacks and a Kensington lock tab for security. No need for
an AC power cord since the AS501 connects directly to the back of
the monitor for powersupply. When the monitor enters a power saving
mode, the speakers don’t turn off- enabling continuous audio
enjoyment. The AS501 Sound Bar delivers 10 watts of total RMS output
for a quality stereo sound experience. This product has been tested
and validated on Dell™ systems. It is supported by Dell™ Technical
Support when used with a Dell system. This product is only
compatible with the UltraSharp brand of Flat Panel Monitors.
