Contract (H5749A) SERVICE DESCRIPTION: HP will provide
door-to-door service that features pick up, repair, and delivery of
the customer's unit. The turn around time is 3-business days,
which is measured from the time of logging the call to delivering
the repaired unit to the customer. The customer must log a
call at the HP Customer Support Center between 8:00AM and 6:00PM
eastern time, Monday through Friday, excluding HP holidays.
Service is limited to U.S. major metropolitan areas including parts
of Alaska. This service is not available in Hawaii.
You must register this product to receive support from HP.
Registration Card is enclosed.

HP Supportpack provides hardware support from the date of your HP
product purchase. Once you've purchased your HP Supportpack,
if your HP product malfunctions for any reason (except abuse,
negligence, or accident*), simply call the phone number listed on
your HP Supportpack label You will revive technical
support over the phone from one of our service representatives and,
if necessary, dispatch an authorized HP service representative to
fix the problem at your site (response times may vary depending on
your location)
HP Supportpacks are only available for HP products purchased new,
within the last 180 days, except for post-warranty and selected non
repair services. Please read enclosed Terms and Conditions for
specific support entitlement and coverage
