By visiting or shopping at this web site, you accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Information below pertains to UNITED STATES customers regarding shipping methods. International is usually USPS & all packages are buyer's responsibility once shipped..

PO BOXES - WE CAN NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES USING UPS! UPS can not deliver to PO BOXES. We will attempt to contact you for a street address in the case you have entered only a PO BOX for delivery. 

ANY USPS SHIPMENT IS THE BUYER'S FULL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE SHIPPED. Techexcess releases all responsibility of the package once shipped usps. Buyer is 100% responsible for any lost, damage, or theft of package. Item will be insured, however buyer is fully responsible for any USPS inquiries and/or claims direct with USPS.

TECHEXCESS reserves the right to open and inspect and QC Test any item prior to shipping to ensure a good delivered product. This in NO WAY affects the performance, warranty status, or anything else. This does insure you a good product and no prior shipping damage. Techexcess is open Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST. We do not ship on Holidays. We ship Monday through Friday until 2:30 pm. Your order may take 0(same day)-3 business days to ship. Remember, WE SHIP FAST, so if you have questions when placing your order, please put them in the notes. 

Flat rate Handling fee (PER ORDER, not per item): There is a flat rate handling fee of $2.50 charge for each order to cover supplies, tape, boxes, etc, but remember, we pass on our UPS shipping discount to you, rather than charging you retail UPS rates. If you decide to cancel your order, your order will bear an $8.00 cancellation fee *IF* the item has not yet been picked up by UPS/USPS. If your order has already shipped, and you cancel *after* the item has been picked up by UPS/USPS, you will be responsible for payment of returned item, in addition to the restocking fee, and original S&H is always non-refundbale. Thank you!

ANY REFUSED OR RETURNED PACKAGES: For any reason, Are subject to a 15% restock fee on the item price & shipping & handling is non-refundable. ALL/ANY Software purchases under no circumstance are returnable or refundable. There is a 10 day warranty on our items, after 15 day period, please go to the manufacturer for any warranty they may have on the item. We're HP authorized resellers & items to HP/Compaq carry the HP warranty on items. Please contact HP at 1-800HPINVENT. Quantities are limited on our website, and may go in & out of stock DAILY.  If there is any issue with fulfilling your order, we will contact you usually within 1-2 business days.  If no response is received from the buyer within 5 business days from the date we contact the buyer, your order may be subject, up to & including, a partial refund, partial shipment, void of transaction, or complete canceling of order. 
 
International Packages will usually be shipped with USPS due to customer complaints about duties and taxes imposed by their country, which has nothing to do with us.

International LCD Orders Although we will accept orders internationally, we will ask them to VERIFY THIER PART # On the LCD they have BEFORE it actually leaves here, within 3 days of thier payment, else we will ship the item & if they order the wrong part, then they will be held liable for shipment back, and reshipment costs.

You will receive an email back with a shipping quote after you order if you are an international customer. Feel free to email us anytime.
 
Any return requests must be filed within 10 days of receipt of item. Buyer must file for a return request (in the "customer service" section of the website, under "return request") & receive a VALID RMA# to return items on. RMA#'s usually take 1-2 business days to process & reply to by our RMA department. Please note our business hours are M-F 9am-5PM EST & not open on holidays.  RMA#'s are only active for 10 days once issued by Techexcess. Buyer's responsibility to ship back any item for RMA, and are subject to restock fees & shipping & handling are nonrefundable, per our terms.  Any Overdue or Unauthorized returns will be charged up to a 35% restock fee & Shipping & handling are non-refundable.
